RETURNS / REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NABRINI® reserves the right to not accept any returned item.
Submit a return request - read these instructions first:
1. Log in to your account or click the "Start Return" link below:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return shipping fees are to be paid by the purchaser (with exceptions to damaged goods as detailed below). Shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund when a return shipping label is given to the customer. All custom orders are final, not returnable, non-refundable. If an item is accepted by NABRINI® for return, any remaining shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If the shipping cost was included in the original purchase, the cost of the original shipping to the customer will be deducted from the refund. All sale items are not returnable. Sale items or discounted items are final sales, no returns. Customer credits may take up to 30 days to post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, or sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to
NABRINI® return/refund policy herein.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
NABRINI® offers a one year warranty on towels against factory defects. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, damage or change of color, or feel of fabric. Warranty does not include changes in fabric due to improper washing, bleaching, or misuse.
