Product care for NABRINI® garments and towels:
Wash and dry NABRINI® garments or towels separate from laundry with zippers. This helps avoid buttons and zippers getting caught on threads. Zip up the NABRINI® hoodie before washing. After zipping, turn garment inside out for best protection.
Wash NABRINI® garments and towels with like colors. Wash in cool water (30 degrees C or 85 degrees F - or lower) on a gentle cycle. Wash towels before first use. Do not bleach garments or towels. After the wash, gently stretch the garment into shape. Hand wash even better!
Air dry in the shade on a flat surface is best. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. High heat can damage the fibers and make your fabric feel stiff. Before folding and storing, make sure the fabric is completely dry. Storing wet may result in unwanted odors over time. Dryers use a lot of energy, save money and reduce carbon emissions, air dry!
Avoid fabric softeners
Our towels become even softer and more absorbent after continued use and washing. Our garments are naturally soft. Wash and dry following instructions herein for best softness. If you want to use a fabric softener on our garments, choose an eco friendly softener, just no fabric softeners on the towels.
Garments or towels may be steam ironed gently on medium heat. Towel edges may be gently ironed flat after drying. If you only have a dry iron, then use the dry iron on slightly damp garments.
Lint is a natural occurrence in natural fiber fabrics, and will diminish in time.
Towel / garment colors may change from order to order. Sand color towels are not colored or bleached and therefore towel color may vary from towel to towel.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can exchange or return your unused item within 30 days. Garment must be in new condition, with all tags intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt order number. NABRINI® reserves the right to not accept any returned item.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA and return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs and handling may be deducted from the refund when a return shipping label is given to the customer (typically a return shipping fee, and a 10% restocking fee, with exceptions to damaged goods as detailed below). All custom orders are final, not returnable, non-refundable. If the shipping cost was included in the original purchase, the cost of the original shipping to the customer may be deducted from the refund. All sale items are not returnable. Sale items or discounted items are final sales, no returns. Customer credits may take up to 30 days to post.
